Refund policy
The licence fee is paid for the licence to the Database. Therefore, no refunds will be provided, unless you establish that Environment and Heritage Database is in breach of the licence agreement, that you have given reasonable opportunity to us to rectify the breach and that we have unreasonably failed to rectify the breach.
It is for the customer to establish that there has been a breach.
It is our expectation that if the customer is not satisfied with the database, that it make known to us what is unsatisfactory about the database, so that we might update the database to address the concerns.
Security Policy
When purchasing from Environment and Heritage Regulatory Database, credit card details are transmitted through an application programming interface.
Card Details are hosted by Environment and Heritage Regulatory Database after processing, in accordance with your Direct Debit Request. If you authorise periodic payments through Payway, data will be retained to ensure your request can be implemented.
