Pricing and licence options

There are over 100 different combinations of licence types, terms of your access and numbers of users that you can select.

This allows you as the user to determine the most appropriate licence which is applicable to you.

You choose your licence

Please refer to the subscription page, where you can generate your invoice based on the licence type, term of your commitment and the number of users you want to have access under the account.

You are in control. You choose what suits you best.

The T&C’s do not suit you? Customers are entitled to also negotiate an individual licence agreement. Please contact us if you would like to negotiate this.

The licence agreement is not a consumer licence agreement.

Kinds of licenses

There are 5 kinds of licenses:

Local government

Local government licences can be issued only to local government clients.

There are many benefits offered to local governments under the licence, and in addition to the system, the total included value is $19,200.

Premium

Premium licences come included with unlimited users, pre-purchased legal and other support (including ISO compliance) and other benefits. Please refer below for further details.

There are many benefits offered to Premium Customers, and in addition to the system access, the total included value is $25,800.

Standard

Standard licences allow customers to say how many user accounts they want, and have a greater flexibility in managing their costs.

There are much fewer included benefits offered to Standard Customers, however, in addition to the system access, the total included value is $600 per user.

Beta customer licences

During the early phases of this database launch, because it is a world first on content and functionality, beta customers engaged in an EOI process and beta feedback.

As a result, those beta customers are given a 75% discount on the annual licence for the first 3 years and a lifetime 25% discount for years 4 and onwards on their original licence.

Beta customers are allowed to select a Standard or Premium product only, and must only be for a 3 year minimum term (given the significant discount offered).

Some of the included benefits are not offered for beta customers given the very low product pricing.

Below, the table includes the included benefits for each licence type. No value rolls over to the next year – it is provided on a use it, or lose it basis.

# Beta customers are expected to advise on additional functionality recommended or other improvements as part of their licence. These improvements will be considered by us and if they are achievable, will be implemented (at our discretion) and at no cost to the customer.
